This page is dedicated to helping you find resources for dealing with mental health struggles.

The following list includes resources that share our theological tradition as well as resources from a Christian perspective from other theological traditions. Additionally, some of the resources listed do not share our faith. We have a core belief in the authority and inerrancy of Scripture to teach us about life in Christ. This doesn’t keep us from humbly learning from and appreciating books written by Christians or non-Christians because we believe in God's common grace to all. It doesn’t mean that we endorse everything a person we quote says or believes; it means we believe all truth is from God.

If you are struggling with mental health in some capacity, we want to help how we can. At Imprint Church, we have a threefold approach to pastoral care:

1. Hope Coaches: Trained Laypeople from Imprint Church who will listen and help you find a way forward.
2. Pastoral Visits: Meet with one of the pastors of Imprint Church.
3. Counseling Referrals: Get connected with a trusted mental health professional.
