Posted on: July 7, 2014

Come and worship

Call upon his name, make known his deeds among the peoples, proclaim that his name is exalted. Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known in all the earth. Isaiah 12:4-5

Meditate on His Word John 19:10-11, Isaiah 40:18

Do you suppose that it is really these top men who determine which way the world will go? Think again, for God is greater than the world’s great men. “He brings princes to naught and reduces the rulers of this world to nothing” (Is. 40:23).

Does this accurately describe you- and your view of the events of the world and changes in our culture?

Ask God

Pray that the Lord will reveal His sovereignty and greatness to you anew. Pray for our representatives in local, state and federal government positions;

– for wisdom in deliberations and decisions
– that all will fulfill their roles with integrity and honesty
– that the service and worship of Jesus will not be hindered by government

– especially for Christians standing for righteousness in the system of
