Imprint Bothell Building Idea

We believe God is leading us to convert the large warehouse space at Imprint Church Bothell into a beautiful space for Worship Gatherings. You can watch the video from our Family Meeting below, or keep reading to learn more.

The Idea

In 2023 we were gifted a 4 million dollar property in Bothell, debt-free. However, this property  has some problems: the parking lot is too small and doesn’t drain properly, and there isn’t enough meeting space to invite people from our community to church.

Renovating the empty warehouse would allow us to expand our outreach and bring more neighbors to church.

The estimated cost for the project (parking lot and building) is $4 million and will take about 3 years to complete. But we are not going to move forward with this renovation without your blessing and approval.

On April 28, we asked you to turn pledges toward the renovation above and beyond your regular giving. If you were not here, or forgot to bring your pledge card back, you can turn it in on May 5th or fill out an online pledge card at imprintchurch.org/pledge.
If we don’t receive sufficient pledges, we will interpret this as the Lord telling us not to move forward and we will not proceed with the renovation.

How to Pray

We have become heirs with the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:7b

WEEK 1: The LORD’s Building (3/17-23)
Pray we would remember this building belongs to the Lord.
...to not to be arrogant or to set their hope on the uncertainty of wealth, but on God, who richly provides us with all things to enjoy.
1 Timothy 6:17

WEEK 2: What is OUR Responsibility (3/24-30)
Ask the Holy Spirit to bless discussion and encourage people’s hearts in what the Lord wants to do. Pray for listening hearts.
For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's field, God's building.
1 Corinthians 3:9

WEEK 3: Loving Bothell (3/31-4/6)
Pray we would have hearts for the community in Bothell.
Instruct them to do what is good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and willing to share, storing up treasure for themselves as a good foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of what is truly life.
1 Timothy 6:18-19

WEEK 4: Loving the LORD (4/7-4/13)
Pray we would be stirred by our love for the Lord as we consider what we wish to give and find peace about what we can’t give.
God is able to make every grace overflow to you, so that in every way, always having everything you need, you may excel in every good work.
2 Corinthians 9:8

WEEK 5: Stewardship (4/14-20)
Prayer for a heart of stewardship over the Lord’s resources.
Everyone whose heart was moved and whose spirit prompted him came and brought an offering to the LORD for the work on the tent of meeting, for all its services, and for the holy garments.
Exodus 35:21

WEEK 6: Hearing from the LORD (4/21-27)
Ask the Lord to speak clearly through our people’s response.
Each person should do as he has decided in his heart — not reluctantly or out of compulsion, since God loves a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9:7
