As most of you know, the Lord gave us a four million dollar property debt free in 2023. Last year we asked you, the church, if you thought it was a good idea to convert the unused warehouse space into a new worship gathering room, since we’re running out of space in this room, even with two worship Gatherings. And you, the church, said ‘YES’ by pledging to support the project.
Phase 1 of the project is putting in a new parking lot because our current lot is too small and has drainage problems.
We told you back in November that we’d love to get started on the new parking lot this summer because dry weather is pretty important for that. We also said we’d only do this if we have the money. That’s still the case!
So we want to give you an update on the financial side of things and what that means for the work. We didn’t think there was a possibility of starting work on the parking lot this summer, but Imprint is very generous, and you gave more money and sooner than expected! If about 200,000 more dollars comes in soon, we can get started on the parking lot this summer. If the money doesn’t come in, we’ll push back the start date, possibly to 2026.
In the next month and a half the contractors we are talking to will likely be full for this summer.

Whatever the case, if you want to give toward the project, go to our website and to the “Generosity” tab on the top menu bar and click on “Imprint Bothell Building Project.”
We’re very aware that we’ve got a lot of big things going on at Imprint. It was never our expectation that God would give us a building. And it was certainly never our expectation that another church would ask us to join us and become Imprint Church in Kenmore and that we’d have a third Imprint location. And never in a million years did we think we’d be doing a building project with a church plant on the horizon at the same time. But we do believe that we’re saying yes to the things God’s calling us to. And that’s what gives us confidence moving forward in these things.
We’ll be talking about all these things at our family meeting next month, March 16, so we hope you’ll be there.

- If you’ve pledged to the project and are giving, thank you so much!
- If you pledged toward the project but haven’t given yet, we’d encourage you to follow through on that.
- If now that you know we’re not far from being able to start the parking lot this summer and you want to give more or sooner than you originally pledged, you can do that now.
- If you haven’t given toward the project but want to partner with us, that would be awesome!
